Interim Chair of the Canadian Sustainability Standards Board (CSSB) Bruce Marchand and the Ontario Securities Commission’s Jo-Anne Matear join Torys to discuss the CSSB’s work in finalizing its climate-related disclosure standards, and the OSC’s consideration of climate-related disclosures. The panel will also look at key findings from Torys’ forthcoming study on the climate-related disclosures of the S&P/TSX Composite Index.
