HR law seminar: part 2

Our Pensions and Employment group is back for part 2 of Torys' HR law seminar. In this session, the group will take a look at recent developments in pension and benefits legislation and case law across the country, including Québec Bill 96 and its impact on pensions and benefits plans. They will also provide a primer on pension fund investment and the latest on ESG trends.
