Episode 4: Prior use, sufficient disclosure and updates on Canada’s pricing regime

Niki and Andy are back for their first episode of 2022, ready to discuss all things patents in their usual informal and candid style. Episode 4 will discuss new developments in the “old” concept of sufficient disclosure, as well as new judicial interpretations of the recently amended prior use defence to infringement and the scope of patent agent privilege. For something borrowed, the pair will take a virtual trip to the Federal Court of Appeal and report on the ongoing litigation in respect of Canada’s drug pricing regime.
