Gillian Dingle, Rima Ramchandani and Molly Reynolds will speak at the Association of Corporate Counsel’s (ACC) 7th annual securities law symposium on October 1.
They will feature on different panels throughout the half-day conference. Molly will speak on the “Director and officer liability in the age of privacy” panel at 12:45 p.m.; Gillian will speak on the “Trends in securities litigation, including the effects of recent legislative developments” panel at 1:45 p.m.; and Rima will speak on “The impact of the OSC's Regulatory Burden Reduction plan” panel at 2:45 p.m.
