Paul joins the firm as a partner, Larissa as counsel and Alina as an associate. Together, they bring significant experience advising on complex commercial real estate matters.
Paul advises clients across sectors, including pension funds, life insurance companies, major landlords, and institutional lenders, on purchase and sale transactions, mortgage financing, leasing, development and planning matters. His experience spans office, industrial and retail properties, with depth in complex commercial transactions in the energy sector.
Larissa advises domestic and international clients on acquisitions and dispositions, land ownership and structuring arrangements, leasing, mortgage financing, development matters and foreign ownership of land compliance. She brings extensive experience with industrial, office, retail and multi-family properties, as well as private infrastructure matters and public-private partnership projects.
Alina advises on corporate real estate transactions involving the acquisition, financing, leasing and sale of commercial and industrial properties.
Their arrival reflects the ongoing growth of Torys’ Calgary office and the firm’s commitment to supporting clients on sophisticated real estate, industrial and projects-related matters in Alberta and across Western Canada.
