Nicole Zeit named as a trademark rising star in Canada by LMG

We are pleased to announce that senior associate Nicole Zeit has been recognized under the trademark category at the LMG Rising Stars Awards Americas 2020.

The awards recognize up and coming lawyers by jurisdiction and practice area, and winners are chosen based on professional accomplishments, advocacy and influence within their field. 

Nicole is a member of our Intellectual Property practice and specializes in trademark law, including trademark clearance, prosecution, opposition and licensing. Her experience includes assisting with the prosecution and management of national and international trademark portfolios, and the enforcement of trademark rights.
