Nicole is an intellectual property lawyer whose practice focuses specifically on trademark law, including trademark clearance, prosecution, opposition and licensing. She has experience assisting with the prosecution and management of national and international trademark portfolios, and the enforcement of trademark rights.

Nicole was awarded the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada’s Education Foundation Prize for achieving the highest mark overall on the 2016 Canadian Trademark Agent Qualifying Examination.
During law school, Nicole earned a Concentration in Intellectual Property, Information and Technology Law and received the Alibe C. Flynn Memorial Scholarship for achieving the highest academic standing in the Concentration.

Nicole is an active committee member of the International Trademark Association, and serves as a committee member at the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.
