Partner Lisa Talbot has told Lexpert “being prepared and proactive is key” when it comes to removing a CEO on short notice.

“The necessity to remove a CEO on short notice can be a crisis (and) one of the fundamental responsibilities of a Board is to manage risk and prepare for crises,” Lisa tells Lexpert.
“Boards would be well-advised to have a plan in place (for) the removal of a CEO on short notice.”
