Torys lawyers Stefan Stauder, Michael Portner Gartke, Brody Appotive and Alastair P. Smith acted for Imperial Capital which won CVCA’s 2023 Private Equity Deal of the Year for the sale of its portfolio company, Gateway Services Inc., to a continuation vehicle.
