Bluewater Health
Torys partners Mark Bain and Dan Ford acted as counsel to Infrastructure Ontario and Bluewater Health as the public authorities for the C$214 million Sarnia Hospital PPP project to build and finance the expansion and redevelopment of Bluewater Health's Norman Street facility in Sarnia, Ontario.
The project involved the construction of a new seven-storey, 325,000-square-foot addition and the renovation of 130,000 square feet of existing space.
