Gordon and Leslie Diamond Health Care Centre
Torys partners Mark Bain and Dan Ford acted as counsel to Brookfield Johnson Lepage Controls as the facilities management service provider and consortium member of Access Health Vancouver, the successful proponent for the C$95 million Gordon and Leslie Diamond Health Care Centre PPP project to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the new out-patient care facility, as part of the Vancouver General Hospital.
The Gordon and Leslie Diamond Health Care Centre—an 11-storey, 36,000 square foot health care facility on the site of Vancouver General Hospital—was the first hospital public-private partnership in British Columbia.
