On September 10, 2026, Imperial Capital Group Ltd. (“Imperial Capital”) announced that it completed the sale of Integral Consulting Inc. (“Integral”) to Audax Private Equity's Origins strategy. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Integral's management team, led by Chief Executive Officer Ryan Brain, will continue to lead the company.
