Village Farms completes US$15 million registered direct offering

On June 8, 2026, Village Farms International, Inc. (“Village Farms”) closed its previously announced registered direct offering with certain institutional investors for the purchase and sale of an aggregate of 7,500,000 common shares at a purchase price of US$2.00 per share for gross proceeds of approximately US$15 million.

A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners acted as sole placement agent in connection with the offering.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
