Brookfield Property Finance completes C$500 million medium term notes offering

On June 19, 2026, Brookfield Property Finance ULC, a subsidiary of Brookfield Property Partners L.P., completed a private placement of an aggregate principal amount of C$500 million of medium term notes, Series 8, due June 19, 2031, bearing interest at a rate of 5.55% per annum.
The notes were offered by a syndicate of agents co-led by CIBC World Markets Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., Desjardins Securities Inc., National Bank Financial Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and TD Securities Inc.
