Walter Capital Partners invests in Charcoal Group

On February 5, 2024, Walter Capital Partners Inc. (“Walter Capital”) announced its fourth platform investment in Ontario through a partnership with the Charcoal Group of Restaurants (“Charcoal Group”) to support its strong growth potential. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The addition of Charcoal Group adds to Walter Capital’s growing experiential dining industry portfolio.
