WELL Health acquires Aware MD, Canada's largest cardiology specific outpatient EMR

On November 1, 2021, WELL Health Technologies Corp. (“WELL Health”) closed its previously announced acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Aware MD Inc. ("Aware MD") through its subsidiary WELL EMR Group Inc. (together with WELL Health, “WELL”), for upfront consideration of approximately C$4,500,000 with a conditional earn-out based on overall operating performance of up to C$3,500,000 payable in cash and subject to certain customary adjustments and conditional earn-out mechanisms.
