NFI completes C$250 million bought deal financing

On March 1 , 2021, NFI Group Inc. ("NFI") announced the closing of its previously announced bought deal offering of 8,446,000 common shares at a price of C$29.60 per share for total gross proceeds to NFI of C$250,001,600.

Scotiabank, BMO Capital Markets and CIBC Capital Markets, acted as joint bookrunners for the offering, with a syndicate of underwriters which included National Bank Financial, TD Securities, Bank of America, ATB Capital Markets, Laurentian Securities and Stifel GMP.

NFI intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to reduce the outstanding balance under its revolving credit facilities.
