Govan Brown merges with Structure Tone, LLC

On September 12, 2017, Structure Tone and Govan Brown announced that the Canadian construction management firm has joined the Structure Tone family of companies, expanding Structure Tone's geographic reach into Canada.

Govan Brown will retain its name, and its current leaders—Jon Taylor, John Brown and Ralph Govan—will retain a share of ownership in the company and maintain their roles as the senior management team of the business.

Govan Brown, founded in 1994 and headquartered in Toronto, is one of Canada's national leading providers of interiors and renovations services for the corporate, retail and hospitality markets.
