Dream Global REIT completes financing related to transformative Netherlands acquisition

On July 27, 2017, Dream Global REIT (the "REIT") announced that it completed its previously announced equity offering of units at a price of C$10.50 per unit. The syndicate of underwriters, led by TD Securities Inc., sold, on a bought deal basis, 28,575,000 units for total gross proceeds of approximately C$300 million.

The offering will be used to partially fund the REIT's purchase price of a portfolio of 135 office and light industrial properties located in the Netherlands.

Dream Global is an unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust that provides investors with the opportunity to invest in commercial real estate exclusively outside of Canada. Dream Global's portfolio currently consists of approximately 13.6 million square feet of gross leasable area of office, industrial and mixed-use properties across Germany, Austria and Belgium.
