Niagara Falls Entertainment Centre
Torys acted as counsel to Golden Horseshoe Partners as a shortlisted proponent for the Niagara Falls Entertainment Centre PPP project to design, build, finance and maintain a large-scale new entertainment complex in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
The over 5,000-seat complex will feature a performance space with multiple stage configurations, a public lobby and gathering spaces, box offices, bar and concessions.
