ATL Partners and PSP Investments launch aviation leasing platform

On October 15, 2015, Public Sector Pension Investment Board ("PSP Investments") and Aerospace, Transportation and Logistics Fund ("ATL Partners") partnered to form SKY Leasing, a full service aircraft leasing company headquartered in Dublin, Ireland with ancillary operations in San Francisco, California.

Following investments from PSP Investments, ATL Partners and others, SKY Leasing has over US$250 million of initial equity capital available and acquired, as part of its formation, certain assets from Sky Holding Company controlled by leasing industry veteran Richard Wiley.

PSP Investments is one of Canada's largest pension investment managers with C$112 billion of net assets under management as of March 31, 2015.
