RAE Energy acquires Offshore Joint Services

On March 3, 2014, RAE Energy UK Limited ("RAE Energy") announced that it completed an agreement to acquire a 100% equity interest in Offshore Joint Services, Inc. ("OJS"), a world leader in the application of protective coatings on subsea rigid pipeline field joints, spools and structures, from Forum Energy Technologies, Inc.
The transaction was completed on March 1st, 2014.
