DeeThree Exploration completes C$35 million prospectus offering

On December 6, 2013, DeeThree Exploration Ltd. (DeeThree) announced that it completed its previously announced short form prospectus offering, raising gross proceeds of C$35,150,000
Under the terms of the agreement, announced on November 18, 2013, a total of 3,800,000 common shares were offered, on a bought deal basis, at a price of C$9.25 per common share, through a syndicate of underwriters led by Raymond James Ltd. (book runner), Macquarie Capital Markets Canada and Cormark Securities Inc.
The net proceeds from the offering will be used to fund ongoing capital expenditures and for general corporate purposes.
DeeThree is an energy company focused on crude oil and natural gas exploration in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin.
