Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning
Torys acted as counsel to the lenders to SNC Lavalin Capital, a shortlisted proponent for the Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning PPP project to design, build and finance the construction of a new academic support and student services facility on the college's North Campus in Toronto, Ontario.
Highlights of the new Learning Resource Commons include
- space for more than 2,200 students
- group and independent study spaces
- a new library, including a centralized hub for student services
- a student gallery and showcase space
- space for the School of Liberal Arts and Sciences and college administration
