Brookfield Asset Management completes C$350 million notes offering

On October 25, 2010, Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (TSX: BAM.A) completed an offering of C$350 million principal amount of 5.3% senior unsecured notes due March 1, 2021 (the notes). The notes were offered through a syndicate of agents led by CIBC World Markets Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and TD Securities Inc., and included Scotia Capital Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., National Bank Financial Inc. and HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc.
