Thomson Reuters completes C$750 million notes offering

On September 30, 2010, Thomson Reuters completed a C$750 million offering of 4.35% notes due 2020. The joint book-running managers were RBC Dominion Securities Inc., TD Securities Inc. and BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc.
