Dundee REIT completes C$115 million offering of trust units

On June 2, 2010, Dundee REIT (TSX: D.UN) announced the closing of the offering of an additional 615,000 REIT Units, Series A (units) at a price of C$24.40 per unit for gross proceeds of C$15 million.

The offering was pursuant to the exercise by the underwriters of their over-allotment option with respect to Dundee REIT's recently completed offering of 4,100,000 units on June 2, 2010. The exercise of the over-allotment option increases the total gross proceeds of the offering to C$115,046,000.

The net proceeds of the offering will be used for funding acquisitions which have been identified, as well as for future acquisitions and general trust purposes. The units being offered have not been and will not be registered under the United States Securities Act
