Kim is a senior member of the Professional Resources team, providing operational oversight and leadership across multiple offices, functions, and legal talent groups. She oversees key aspects of the lawyer talent lifecycle, including recruitment, integration, engagement, and professional development for associates in our Legal Service Centre in Halifax. She actively supports firm-wide senior legal talent operations, oversees law clerk and paralegal operations, and leads strategic initiatives to maintain and improve client service and ensure efficient support for our lawyers and clients.

Kim is a designated internal harassment advisor and a wellness navigator. She has completed the Queen’s University Workplace Mental Health Leadership certificate as well as the Mental Health First Aid Canada program.
