Lynne is responsible for the Human Resources function across the firm. In this role, Lynne provides leadership to a team of professionals who are accountable for the attraction, engagement, development and retention of administrative professionals. This includes employment related legislative compliance and policy development and the design and delivery of HR programs that foster an environment in keeping with the firm’s culture. Lynne and her team are also responsible for the legal support services provided to legal professionals.
Lynne has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).
