Brianna’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. She has experience in both public and private M&A transactions and has acted for acquiring and target companies.
Brianna also provides ongoing advice to public companies on their disclosure, corporate governance and other corporate and securities law obligations.
In law school, Brianna worked as a student caseworker at Queen’s Elder Law Clinic where she assisted with wills and estates matters. She received the Queen’s Law Prize for Introduction to Legal Research and the Law Students’ Society Denis Marshall Contribution Award from Queen's University Faculty of Law.
Brianna also volunteered at the Society of Graduate and Professional Students where she advocated for the interest of law students, and with Pro Bono Students Canada where she conducted legal research for Autism Ontario.
Brianna has volunteered with the Law in Action Within Schools (LAWS) program, a high school program that uses legal education as a tool to assist students to succeed in school and become engaged and active citizens.
