Diana is developing a broad commercial real estate practice. Diana’s work includes acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures and development projects, commercial leasing and secured financings. She also has experience advising on a broad range of real estate matters for corporate mergers & acquisitions and REITs.

Professional Involvement
Diana is currently serving on the board of directors of Toronto CREW.
Diana previously worked as in-house counsel at a Canadian REIT and is a member of ICSC.
Diana has volunteered as a lawyer with Pro Bono Ontario’s Housing Legal Advice Hotline. She has also volunteered with Law In Action Within Schools (LAWS). During law school, Diana worked with Community & Legal Aid Services Program and the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic.
Diana has received numerous academic awards including the Irving Aaron, Q.C. Prize in Real Estate Law and the Jack Friedman, Q.C. Book Prize in Commercial Real Estate.
