Suzan Mitchell-Scott is a senior law clerk in the firm’s litigation department. She has extensive experience working with clients and advising on electronic document collection and production.
Suzan has been working as a law clerk since 1998 when she focused on intellectual property litigation. She has since expanded her experience to other areas of advocacy such commercial litigation, class actions, arbitrations, and Chapter 11 and Supplementary Information Requests from the Competition Bureau of Canada. Many of the files she manages are document intensive litigations and arbitrations, involving working with a number of internal and external stakeholders. She proactively assists lawyers throughout the advocacy process, including documentary collection and production, examinations for discovery, arbitration or tribunal hearings, and trial.
