Hudson maintains an active civil litigation practice across a variety of areas that includes corporate/commercial disputes, competition litigation, and public law.
In 2024, Hudson served as a judicial law clerk to Justice Nonkosi Mhlantla of the Constitutional Court of South Africa.
Before joining Torys, Hudson worked as a speechwriter and policy advisor at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario and was an associate at a venture capital firm.
In the community, Hudson sits on the City of Toronto’s management board for the Mary McCormick Arena.
During law school, Hudson received several academic awards and was a member of the University of Toronto team that won the 2023 Adam F. Fanaki Competition Law Moot. He was also a longstanding working group leader with the Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights.
