Overview
Emma’s practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution in a variety of areas, including civil and commercial litigation, privacy, administrative and public law, class actions and international arbitration.
Emma has appeared as counsel before the Superior Court of Québec, the Federal Court of Canada and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Emma is fluently bilingual in English and French.

Professional Involvement
In 2017-2018, Emma served as law clerk at the Federal Court of Appeal. In 2019-2020, Emma served as law clerk at the Supreme Court to the Honourable Suzanne Côté.
During law school, Emma was the executive editor (French Board) of the McGill Law Journal and a research assistant at the Centre for Intellectual Property Policy at McGill. She also interned for a Defence Counsel team at the Special Tribunal for Lebanon in The Hague.
As a summer student at Torys, Emma was seconded to Rogers.
Emma is a member of the Young Bar of Montréal, the Advocates’ Society, the Canadian Bar Association and the AJEFO.

Emma provides pro bono assistance to members of CARFAC (Canadian Artists’ Representation/le Front des artistes canadiens).
