Christine’s practice focuses on corporate law with an emphasis on investment funds and private equity. Christine represents public pension plans and other leading institutional investors in connection with their investments in private equity funds, hedge funds and co-investment transactions.

Professional Involvement

Before joining Torys, Christine was a corporate associate at another law firm in New York, where her practice focused on the representation of fund sponsors on the formation, marketing, management and regulatory compliance of private equity funds, as well as the operational, legal and regulatory issues faced by their sponsors.

In law school, Christine was on the editorial board of the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology.
