Victoria’s practice focuses on corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and private equity. She advises private equity firms, pension plans and other leading institutional investors on their domestic and cross-border transactions, including add-on acquisitions, joint ventures, co-investment opportunities and private fund investments, as well as on corporate governance matters.

During law school, Victoria served as articles editor and digital development manager of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review, as well as co-chair of Women and the Law. While at the Rotman School of Management, she served as governance manager of the Graduate Business Council, overseeing all conflict resolution, election and funding matters for student-led organizations.
Victoria also volunteered on the Executive Team of the Women’s Legal Education and Action Fund’s Toronto branch, as well as on the Executive Team of Pro Bono Students Canada at the University of Toronto.
