Krupa is an associate in the firm’s Pensions and Employment Practice. She advises public and private clients on the design and implementation of executive compensation arrangements and benefits, including in the context of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and other strategic transactions.
In law school, Krupa received numerous awards for academic achievement and student leadership, including the Gordon Cressy Medal, the Lily Rubenstein Award for Excellence in Writing and Analysis, the Canadian Bar Association’s National Real Property Award and the Jack Boan Award for Legal Writing.
Prior to joining Torys, Krupa was a compensation and benefits attorney at a major international law firm in New York.
Krupa has been involved in a number of leadership initiatives pertaining to the advancement of women in law and corporate diversity as a whole. She has dedicated significant time to a number of pro bono matters, including assisting non-profit organizations with the drafting of their bylaws and related corporate documents.
