
Shoshana Israel is a senior litigation law clerk with more than 25 years of experience. She works on a diverse spectrum of cases, including arbitrations (domestic and international), product liability litigation and civil and commercial litigation matters, with particular expertise in class actions and is an ILCO Certified Expert in the area of Class Action Litigation.
Shoshana’s experience includes litigation support in all areas of litigation, including all aspects of eDiscovery (document collection, review and production), examinations for discovery, motions, pre-trials, trials, appeals and arbitration hearings. She has knowledge and expertise with large electronic discovery and multi-party litigation matters. She also specializes in eDiscovery strategy. She has played a pivotal role in shaping education and training recommendations in the Sedona Canada Open Forum Education Report and has been a contributor to the updated Sedona Canada Principles.
Shoshana is a fellow member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and is a member of Women in eDiscovery (WiE). She is also a member of the Digital Evidence & eDiscovery Working Group (DEED) and Sedona Canada and is involved in ACEDS Toronto Chapter activities.
