Overview

Jessica’s practice focuses on public-private partnership (P3) projects throughout North America. She advises private and public sector clients through all aspects of P3 projects from procurement, design, construction and financing to operations and maintenance.

Recognition

Jessica received multiple accolades while studying at McGill University and University of Montréal, including First Class Honours and Distinction, along with the Dean’s Scholarship Award.

Professional Involvement

Before joining Torys, Jessica worked as an associate at a multinational business firm where she advised clients on large infrastructure projects. Jessica has also worked as legal counsel at a top Canadian construction and building services company, where she was pivotal in the expansion of the company’s P3 portfolio. She draws upon these experiences to provide clients with practical and tailored advice.

Jessica also volunteers as a mentor in Osgoode Hall’s Alumni Mentorship Program.
