Lara Guest’s practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution in a variety of areas, including corporate/commercial litigation, privacy, securities, class actions, administrative law and public law. Lara has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Ontario Securities Commission.

Professional Involvement

During law school, Lara worked at the David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights and as a research assistant. She also participated in the Wilson Moot and the Medico-Legal Advocacy Project.


As an articling student, Lara mentored secondary school students in the Law in Action Within Schools (LAWS) program. She was also a member of the Torys’ United Way Campaign committee.
