Sabrina Gherbaz is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group and Infrastructure and Energy Group. Sabrina’s practice focuses on commercial real estate, infrastructure and energy projects. She has experience in public-private partnership transactions, procurement law, project, mortgage and construction financing, project development, infrastructure development, asset-based purchase and sale transactions, real estate investment trusts and commercial leasing.
Sabrina represents prominent Canadian real estate owners, developers and financial institutions, and has experience in large commercial developments in Canada, Europe and Mexico. Sabrina has written on various real property and construction law topics, personal property secured transactions, debt restructurings, workouts and debtor-creditor law.
