Stephanie’s practice focuses on the areas of trust and estate planning and administration. She counsels individuals and families on the most effective and efficient structures for transferring assets to successive generations and to charity. She advises fiduciaries on all aspects of trust and estate administration, including the participation of estate planning and charitable vehicles in corporate transactions.

Before joining Torys, Stephanie worked as an attorney in the Trust and Estates practice at a New York law firm where she focused on U.S. estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.
Stephanie was a volunteer and panel member with the Planning and Estates Law Project at the New York City Bar from 2013 to 2020. She was also a member of the New York City Bar Committee on Estate and Gift Taxation from 2013 to 2016.
