Kevin is a partner with Torys’ Calgary office and is one of the founding partners of that office. His practice focuses on corporate lending and project financing. He has extensive experience advising corporate clients and financial institutions on a wide range of financing transactions, including project financing, syndicated bank transactions, bond financings, cross-border financings, acquisition financings and asset and reserve based lending, as well as advising on general corporate and commercial matters. While his practice covers a wide range of industries, he has a particular focus on financings in the oil and gas, oil sands, pipeline, energy services and renewable power sectors of the market.
