Overview
Adam’s cross-border practice focuses on corporate law, financing, and technology transactions in the life sciences and health technology industries. Adam’s clients include life sciences, health technology, and health service companies, and the angel investors, venture firms, and private equity funds who finance and partner with them.
Adam has a particular practice focus on strategic partnering and commercialization for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostic companies, and frequently advises on complex licensing, venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property monetization. He works closely with his clients to develop, scale, and commercialize their technologies in Canada, the United States, and worldwide.
Adam is qualified as a lawyer in Ontario, New York, and Massachusetts and works on both sides of the border. Before law school, Adam attended the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Toronto and is a licensed Ontario pharmacist.
