Nenad’s practice focuses on corporate law with an emphasis on private equity and private fund formation. He has broad experience with private equity fund formation transactions, acting regularly for both private equity fund sponsors, pension plans and other institutional investors in their investments into private equity funds.
During law school, Nenad was a clinical fellow at Osgoode Hall Law School’s Intellectual Property Innovation Clinic and a clinical fellow at the Investor Protection Clinic, a clinic that provides free legal advice to low-income individuals who believe their investments were mishandled.
Nenad also served as a caseworker for the Legal Aid Services Program, a program that provides access to justice for low-income individuals and families within the community.
