David’s practice focuses on commercial real estate and infrastructure projects. He has a wealth of expertise in real estate joint ventures, project development and construction, lending, loan restructuring and workouts, leasing, real estate investment trusts and real property acquisitions and dispositions. David’s diverse real estate and infrastructure experience includes large shopping centre, office and mixed-use commercial and recreational developments across North America. David has specific expertise with build-to-suit arrangements, and he is also experienced with construction and project management arrangements.
