Joshua Daniels’ practice focuses on real property acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, commercial and mixed-use developments and secured financings. He also regularly advises on the real estate aspects of private and public M&A transactions, public debt financings, renewable energy projects and project financings.
Prior to law school, Joshua worked in the legal department at CIBC and in the Corporate Strategy & Acquisitions group at FirstService Corporation. He also worked as a business development associate at FWRN LP (formerly Niagara Region Wind Corporation).
During law school, Joshua was president of the Osgoode Real Estate Law Association and senior editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal.
Joshua provides pro bono services to members of CARFAC (Canadian Artists’ Representation/le Front des artistes canadiens) on real estate issues.
Joshua volunteers as a Vision Mate for the Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB), Toronto District.
