Catherine’s practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution. She has experience representing corporate clients in complex civil and commercial disputes, including class actions, defamation, securities litigation, construction litigation, and shareholder disputes.
Catherine’s passion and curiosity drive her to continuously learn about her clients' industries, enabling her to provide effective representation.
Before joining Torys, Catherine practiced at a prominent litigation boutique in Quebec.
Catherine is actively involved with the Young Bar Association of Montreal, showcasing her dedication to the ongoing advancement of the legal profession, notably through mentoring law students. Her commitment to community involvement, particularly regarding children's causes, is further highlighted by her role on the Emerging Leaders Committee of the Fondation des Jeunes de la DPJ, a foundation dedicated to supporting youth under protective care.
Catherine is a current member of The Advocates’ Society and the Canadian Bar Association, Quebec Division.
