Prior to joining Torys, Sarah worked as in-house counsel for a large corporation and more recently as associate counsel specializing in intellectual property and commercial agreements for Dalhousie University. She also has experience with corporate transactions while in private practice, and significant knowledge of privacy compliance matters.
