Taylor is a corporate law clerk in the firm’s Private Equity and Principal Investor practice. In addition to her funds related work, Taylor assists with a variety of general corporate services, including incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, dissolutions and various corporate maintenance.

Taylor also assists not-for-profit clients in various corporate needs.
